Quality Comes First

CareWorld is a fully insured preferred provider of home care services to the HSE. This means that we have been vetted and interviewed and had our policies and procedures reviewed by the HSE. Our commitment to quality rests on these policies and procedures, which are amended periodically to reflect and conform to national and international best-practice standards. We follow both HSE guidelines and social care regulations in the UK.

All our care workers are screened and garda vetted. They receive initial and ongoing training which continues throughout their time with us. Our care workers work in accordance with the procedures set down in our Care Workers Handbook, which lays down the essential regulations that each care worker must know, and a Code of Conduct.

Our care workers are trained and monitored by our designated trainer, who will then review them for training needs and achievements.

A Field Care Supervisor works to support the care workers in the field, and will conduct spot checks to ensure that they are arriving and departing at the appropriate pre-arranged times, that the agreed care and support are being provided properly and safely, and that the people who receive our service are treated with dignity and respect and their care is planned according to their own wants and needs.

If you have any concerns related to the quality of our service, we would welcome your feedback.
